NOTICE FOR SIMPLIFIED SELECTION PROCESS
The AJUDÔU Association, through its president Juan Rachid Perez y Maluf, informs that it will carry out a Simplified Selection Process to hire professionals who will work in the execution of the Project: Esporte Cidadão Year II, Process nº 58000.011025/2018-56 – Via the Sports Incentive Law – Special Secretary of Sport offering vacancies for the following positions: Judo Sports Coach (1 vacancy), Futsal Sports Coach (1 vacancy), Handball Sports Coach (1 vacancy) and Volleyball Sports Coach (1 vacancy).
The Associação Ajudôu, through the Project: Esporte Cidadão Ano II, will offer Judo, Futsal, Handball and Volleyball classes to serve 480 children and adolescents in the municipality of Brumadinho/MG.
This project will last 12 months, counting from the authorization of the Special Secretariat for Sport – Ministry of Citizenship.
1 – The Simplified Selection Process
The selection process will be in the simplified modality and will be done as follows: Analysis and selection of curriculum (elimination), interview (elimination) and aptitude test (experimental class).

Resumes must be sent between the 16th and 20th of September 2019.
After analyzing the CVs, those classified for the next phase will be summoned by email or contact phone to participate in the interview, which will take place at the place and time specified in the call.
After the interview, once the candidate is classified, a date and place will be scheduled for the aptitude test, which consists of the demonstration of a practical class, where the technical knowledge and resourcefulness of the candidates will be evaluated.
2 – Candidate Requirements and Job Assignment:
2.1 – Judo Sports Coach
Graduate in Physical Education;
Have a degree of at least a purple belt in judo;
Proven experience working in the sports field;
Proven experience in social projects in the area of children and adolescents in situations of social vulnerability;
Time availability
Availability to travel if necessary;
Candidates who have been dismissed from the entity during the execution of any project in progress cannot participate in this selection process.
2.1.1 – ASSIGNMENT:
The Sports Coach will be responsible for the preparation of lesson plans, development of activities, as well as the execution of classes according to schedule.
Submit monthly class reports, attendance list to the Technical Coordination.
Meet periodically with the coordination to align the work and adapt the proposals, whenever necessary.
Meet periodically with the team of the unit where it works to align the work and adapt the proposals, whenever necessary (technical planning);
Attend meetings or events whenever called upon.
Feed the Project Management System daily.
Workload: 20 hours per week, Contracting system: CLT Remuneration: BRL 1,750.00 (one thousand seven hundred and fifty reais)
2.2 Futsal Sports Coach
Be graduated in Physical Education; Proven experience working in the sports field
Proven experience in social projects in the area of children and adolescents in situations of social vulnerability;
Time availability;
Availability to travel if necessary;
Candidates who have been dismissed from the entity during the execution of any project in progress cannot participate in this selection process.
2.2.1 – ASSIGNMENT:
The Sports Coach will be responsible for the preparation of lesson plans, development of activities, as well as the execution of classes according to schedule.

Candidates who have been dismissed from the entity during the execution of any project in progress cannot participate in this selection process..
2.4.1 – ASSIGNMENT:
The Sports Coach will be responsible for the preparation of lesson plans, development of activities, as well as the execution of classes according to schedule.
Apresentar mensalmente relatórios das aulas, lista de frequência junto a Coordenação Técnica.

3 – EXAMINATING BENCH
The panel is made up of members of Associação Ajudôu who will analyze CVs.
The interview will be carried out by the Technical Coordinator of the Project who will also be responsible for the application of the aptitude test.
The committee composed of members of Associação Ajudou will evaluate and select, at each stage, the candidates that best meet the needs and expectations of the Project.
